Featuring: The story of Johanna and Christian’s renovation of an 1857 rectory in Lövestad, Skåne that began in 1994.The Home: The couple’s original aim was to get the rectory as close to its 1857 self as possible, but with few modern touches like a kitchen and bathrooms. The renovation happened slowly, one room at a time. This life project required consistency and patience. All in all, their renovated rectory is 300 sqm divided into 9 rooms and a kitchen with an adjoining garden. The Style: The rectory is a homage to its original traditional form. The house has been lovingly restored and cared for like an antique.
