Once they set their minds to it the cottage began to unfold. Jörgen, who is very handy, did a lot of the construction of the cottage himself. Sofie, who is extremely creative, knew immediately what she wanted the cottage to look like. They enlisted the help of a carpenter and created a space where the inside and outside came together.The Style: The cottage itself exudes tranquility and peace from its interior to its spacious patio. Incorporating nature into the interior the way the Olson’s have done through materials and colors is a wonderful way to tie a place together. Simple is beautiful.
